Delivery over gravel or unpaved roads is not possible. If the customer expects this from the driver and therefore refuses the article, the costs of returning will be charged to the customer. The costs for returning are €85,- including VAT. The remainder will be refunded within 5 working days, provided that the article is in its original undamaged condition.
